AGM and Rally – 8/9 April 2017
The 85th Annual General Meeting of the Irish Radio Transmitters Society will be hosted by the
Dundalk Amateur Radio Society over the weekend of 8/9 April 2017.
The venue will be the Crowne Plaza, Green Park, Dundalk.

Saturday Workshop Talks
On the afternoon of Saturday the 8th there will two workshop talks at Crowne Plaza Hotel. (Times to be confirmed)
Admission to all workshop talks is free and we do look forward to seeing you all in attendance.

The Dundalk Amateur Radio Society rally will be on Sunday 9th with doors opening at 11.00am, entrance €5. The Trade Show will be geared towards a Radio, Electronics, Hobbies and Crafts Show, so there should be something for everyone.Trade tables are available at a cost of €10 each

Bring & Buy Section
There will be a “communal” Bring & Buy Section in the Exhibition Hall.
Free of Charge Tables are on offer to all clubs who wish to provide demonstrations or advertise their club/society. (Note: these club tables are not intended for equipment sales - which should be handled through the communal Bring & Buy section instead.)
Annual General Meeting
The IRTS AGM will start at 2pm on Sunday 9th; all paid up IRTS Members are welcome to attend.

Following the end of the AGM/Rally, the Dundalk Amateur Radio Society will be inviting all attendees to drop by the DARS Club House at 113 Castletown Road for tea/coffee and a chat to wish all a speedy journey home! There will be a call in to EI7DAR on 145.4000 MHz or on the 2m repeater EI2CCR.
