QSL Cards

Here are some excellent examples of QSL cards from the 1930s.  Note the detailed description of the equipment used, and the inclusion of personal remarks as well as the list of countries worked.

The images of these cards were provided to us by Tero Kilpijarvi, a Finnish philatelist who has an exhibit entitled ‘Letter Post between Ireland and Finland’.  In preparing this exhibit, he came across QSL cards from EI radio experimenters to Valentin Granqvist OH3NP, including some cards from Colonel Dennis EI2B, reproduced below.
